- We are committed to warranty the product for 6 months from the date of purchase (only applicable to products with technical defects due to the manufacturing process, not including improper use).
Warranty conditions:
- The product is only warranted if there is a defect due to the manufacturing process (for example: broken wool thread, structure not as originally described).
- Provide the purchase invoice or order code.
Warranty process:
- If the product has a technical defect, please contact us via email or support phone number.
- We will check the product condition and proceed to repair or replace it for free if the product is still under warranty.
- Errors caused by the user (such as improper washing, tearing, etc.) will not be covered by the warranty.
Noted:
- Handmade products may have slight differences in color and size compared to the images on the website, because this is a handmade product and each product is unique.
