Return Policy
+ Return conditions:
- - Since handmade products are made specifically for each customer, we only accept returns if the product is defective or not as described.
- - Customers can request a return within 7 days of receipt if the product has a manufacturing defect or is different from the image/description.
+ Return process:
- - To request a return, please contact us via email or phone within 7 days of receipt.
- - We will ask the customer to provide a photo of the defective or not as described product for verification.
- - After confirmation, we will instruct the customer on how to return the product. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the fault is ours.
Noted:
- - Products that have been used or are no longer in their original packaging will not be returned.
- - Since each product is handmade, slight differences in color, style or size are normal and are not considered product defects.

Handmade products are handmade, so each product may have unique characteristics (color, shape, size) that are not exactly the same. This is the special thing about handmade products and makes each product unique.
Please take care of the product properly, avoid getting the product wet or exposed to strong detergents.
